Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Leadership:

•Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s mission and growth goals.

•Work closely with the CEO to implement long-term business plans.

2.Operational Management:

•Oversee daily business operations, including solar project development, installation, and maintenance.

•Ensure operational efficiency, process optimization, and cost-effectiveness.

•Manage supply chain logistics, vendor relationships, and procurement.

3.Project Development & Execution:

•Supervise project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of solar installations.

•Implement quality control measures and safety regulations in all operations.

4.Financial Oversight:

•Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, expenses, and revenue forecasts.

•Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

5.Team Leadership & Culture Development:

•Build and lead high-performing teams across different operational units.

•Establish a company culture focused on sustainability, innovation, and teamwork.

6.Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

•Ensure adherence to industry regulations, environmental standards, and local/national energy policies.

•Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

7.Business Development & Partnerships:
